1. Enter the Wilston Snow Prince & Princess Competition
On Sunday 3 June at 10.30 am, local primary school aged children who present in Winter Snow Prince &
Princess costumes shall be up to win an incredible morning.
The Fair’s Snow Queen, Rachael Bradhurst will crown the snow prince and princess, chosen from local
primary school children.
Queen Rachael says it will truly be a magical experience.
‘We’re looking for a snow prince and princess, who will be carried on a snow sleigh led by sled dogs along
a royal white carpet of snow to their thrones,’ Queen Rachael said.
‘The boy and girl with the best winter costumes will be chosen as prince and princess. We invite children
and their parents to really embrace the winter magic spirit and let their imaginations run wild when
designing the costumes.’
How to enter!
Primary-school aged children are eligible.
Meeting point:
Meet behind the ColdRock IceCream Store (92 Kedron Brook Rd) at 10.30am on Sunday 3rd June
Look for the signs and accompany your child to the meeting place
Judging will start at 10.30, with !nalists selected by 10.45am.
A panel of 3 judges shall declare the winning Snow Prince and Princess by 10.50. The winning children
shall lead the Opening Ceremony for the Fair, and be the Fair Royals for the day.

Important notice for Parents or Carers - Snow Prince & Princess Competition Terms and Conditions
Your child must be primary school aged to be eligible to enter.
Your child must arrive at the meeting point behind Cold Rock IceCream Store, 92 Kedron Brook Rd, in
Wilston Village, by 10.30am on Sun 3 June for the judging.
Your child must be accompanied by parent(s) or carer(s)
Your child must be dressed in Winter Prince / Princess dress for the judging.
By entering this competition:
You take full responsibility for the safety of your child, from the meeting point at 10.30am until the
competition is declared over and a winner announced. The Fair will take no responsibility for any
resulting incident or injury as a result of your child participating in this activity.
You give permission for photo and/or video footage of your child to be used for media and
promotional coverage of the Fair activities
You acknowledge a child’s participation in the competition is completely at the discretion of the
Fair Organising Committee.
Inclement weather may result in the postponement or canceling of the competition, at the sole discretion
of the Fair Organising Committee.

2. Enter the Wilston SnowMan building Competition
On Sunday 3 June at 11.15 am, 30 local primary school aged children will have an incredible experience! They will have their own special place at the Fair, to build and decorate a perfect SnowMan.
All in 20 minutes. In a 1 x 1m allotment of snow! Right on Kedron Brook Road in central Wilston Village! The best SnowMan shall be awarded the 2012 Wilston SnowMan prize.
How to be Golden SnowFlake Ticket winner! Primary-school aged children can be part of the snow fun at the Fair!
To enter:
- make a purchase from Wilston Village or the Wilston-Windsor-Grange area - enter your receipt in the entry box as a proof of purchase - ensure your name, contact number (preferably mobile) and contact email is on the back
- if you wish to retain your receipt, you must show the entry-box holder your invoice to conā£rm the date & place of purchase, for a substitute ticket to be provided for your entry
Entry boxes are at Belle Property, 99 Kedron Brook Rd and Cafe Conti, 102 Kedron Brook Rd, Wilston. Two entries will be drawn each day at 9am, with the winners allowed to participate in the Wilston SnowMan building competition this Sunday. We do look forward to seeing you at the Fair and seeing all 30 wonderful SnowMen!

Your child must be primary school aged to be eligible for admission to the SnowMan building competition. You may transfer the ticket to another primary school aged child, if preferred.
Your child must arrive at the meeting point on Kedron Brook Rd, in Wilston Village, by 11.15am on Sun 3 June with their Golden SnowFlake Ticket.
Your child must be accompanied by a parent or carer.
Your child must be dressed appropriately for building a SnowMan including gloves, enclosed non-slip shoes and warm clothing.
Please bring items to decorate your snowman such as buttons, hats and other accessories. By entering this competition:
